QRamp Colouring Contest – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • The QRamp Colouring Contest (the “Contest”) is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec.
  • If the entrant is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, they must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this contest. By submitting an entry, entrants who are minors represent and warrant that they have obtained such consent.
  • The parent or legal guardian of the entrant must read and agree to these Official Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor. In the event that an entrant under the age of majority wins a prize, the prize will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian who provided consent, and the parent or legal guardian will be required to execute any necessary documentation on behalf of the minor entrant.
  • QRamp reserves the right to request written proof of such consent at any time. If requested proof of consent is not provided, the entry will be disqualified and any prize forfeited.
  • Employees of QRamp, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
  1. Contest Period
  • The Contest begins on August 10 at 12:00:00am and ends on August 18 at 11:59:59pm (the “Contest Period”).
  • All entries must be received by 11:59:59PM on August 18.
  1. How to Enter
  • Obtain an official QRamp colouring sheet by visiting the QRamp booth at WAMBO or downloading it from [link].
  • Complete your colouring sheet using any medium of your choice.
  • Submit your entry by website form at https://qramp.com/colouringcontest/
  • Entries must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format, not exceeding 64MB. Each entry must be the original work of the participant.
  • Limit of one entry per person.
  1. No Purchase Necessary
  • No purchase is required to enter or win the Contest. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  1. Skill-Testing Question
  • Selected winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be eligible to receive their prize.
  1. Prize
  • The prize is as follows:
    • $100 McDonalds Gift Card
  • The use of the McDonald’s name and the prize in this contest does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by McDonald’s Corporation.
  • This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with McDonald’s Corporation. McDonald’s is a registered trademark of McDonald’s Corporation, and all rights in and to the trademark are the exclusive property of McDonald’s Corporation.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
  • QRamp reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and overall artistic quality. The judging panel will consist of QRamp team members.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 5 days following the end of the Contest Period.
  • If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, another winner may be selected.
  1. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
  • By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by QRamp for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding prizes.
  • QRamp will not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties, other than those involved in the administration of the Contest.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • By submitting an entry, participants grant QRamp the right to use, reproduce, and display their submitted artwork in any media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials, without further compensation.
  1. Liability and Indemnification
  • QRamp is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless QRamp, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
  1. General Conditions
  • QRamp reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by QRamp in its sole discretion.
  • QRamp reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Governing Law
  • The Contest is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
  • The contest is void where prohibited by law.
  1. Social Media
  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. By entering, you acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn bears no responsibility for this promotion and you release Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from any liability in connection with the Contest.
